About The Position
Mercer Home Health Care, a leading provider of skilled home healthcare service throughout Mercer County, is seeking a RN Home Care Nurse to join our team. The RN will interact with the entire home care team and is responsible for direct patient care. The ideal candidate must have a current NJ RN License; excellent clinical, communication and organizational skills along with ability to work independently in the home environment. The position requires approx 8-12 weeks of training along side designated preceptor mon - fri , daytime hours.
Requirements
- Current NJ RN License
- Excellent clinical skills
- Knowledge of current clinical practices
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Basic Computer skills
- Available for weekend, holiday rotations
- Ability to work independently in the home environment
