About The Position
Centurion is proud to be the provider of healthcare and mental health services to the Florida Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a full-time Clinical Risk Manager (RN) to join our team at the Reception and Medical Center located in Lake Butler, Florida (Union County). The RN Risk Manager is responsible for managing the Quality Assurance, Patient Safety, and Risk Management programs. The RN Risk Manager will serve as a patient advocate while provide risk management and risk prevention training to employees, and is responsible for the identification, implementation, and evaluation of strategies surrounding risk identification and reduction.
Requirements
- Must hold valid RN license in Florida
- Must show current tuberculosis screening documentation and active CPR certification
- Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
- Risk Manager License/Certification required, or the ability to obtain within 1 year
Nice To Haves
- Previous Risk Management/Quality Assurance experience preferred
- Risk Manager Licensure/Certification not required, but preferred
- Experience in correctional environment preferred
