About The Position

As a National Nurse Resident, you’ll step into a hands-on, supportive experience designed to help you grow and build confidence from day one. You won’t be on your own. You can expect real mentorship, meaningful feedback, and a team invested in your long-term success. Every day, you’ll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that sees each patient as an individual. You’ll administer treatments, track vitals, educate patients and families, and play a key role in making sure people feel seen, heard, and cared for. To succeed in this role, you’ll actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence-based Nurse Residency Program designed to support your growth and professional development. With a strong drive to learn and a team-first mindset, you’ll continue sharpening your skills while building a meaningful, fulfilling nursing career.

Requirements

  • Associates Of Science Nursing and 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience, upon hire
  • Registered Nurse: WA, upon hire
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months
  • Bachelors Of Science Nursing, upon hire

Responsibilities

  • Utilize current evidence based practice knowledge, the nursing process, critical thinking and problem solving skills to provide holistic care to individuals across the lifespan and care continuum.
  • Collaborate and communicate with the interprofessional team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
  • Develop accountability for own practice, delegated care, and the coordination of care delivery.
