About The Position

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Provide patient-centered care with sensitivity and respect for the diversity of human experience in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Participates in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care based on defined patient care plan, patient care policies and standards of care, and knowledge of the Nursing Process. Maintains a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients and families in accordance with care deliver standards. Provides safe patient care per facility/department RN job description within the achieved competencies of the residency. Seeks clarification prior to performing skills if uncertain. Participates in learning activities provided. Seek to understand the theory supporting learning activities. Requirements

New graduate nurses who are graduating from an accredited nursing program between now and December 2026
Registered Nurses with less than one year of RN experience from the date of initial licensure
Nurses transitioning to a different level of care who meet the program requirements
Registered Nurse license in the state where work is performed
CPR training
