About The Position

Thank you for your interest in EvergreenHealth and in our RN Residency Program on the Cardiovascular & Neurosurgical Care Unit (CVNS)! The CVNS unit is an intermediate level of care unit between ICU and the general MedSurg department. All CVNS unit patients require continuous cardiac monitoring. The CVNS unit is our designated Stroke patient care unit. RN RESIDENCY PROGRAM DETAILS: EvergreenHealth's Residency Program consists of group practicums and lectures that support the graduate RN to mitigate the education-to-industry gap. We foster growth in the clinical, professional, and transitional aspects of professional nursing practice. The Residency program incorporates collaborative team support by managers, preceptors and clinical nurse educators. Requirements

  • Graduate of a nursing program (Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington by date of hire
  • Current Healthcare Provider BLS - American Heart Association by start date.
  • ACLS provider - American Heart Association completion during training
  • Able to start on May 11, 2026
