About The Position

Thank you for considering a career at Mercy Health! This RN Residency program is designed for recent graduates from accredited nursing programs who have successfully completed all requirements to obtain a nursing license, or RN students enrolled in their final semester with a set graduation date. The GROW Strong RN New Grad Residency Program aligns with QSEN competencies and ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) requirements. With rolling enrollment, nurses can begin the program within 30-45 days of hire. Specialty Clinical Practice Tracks offer hands-on skills practice to enhance the application of didactic content. The program content has been condensed to allow nurses to complete it in 6-8 months. This position is for Mercy Health - St. Joseph Warren Hospital. Requirements
