About The Position
Henry County Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate, reliable registered nurses to join its care team in Paris, Tennessee. The RN is an essential part of resident care, managing nursing care, overseeing staff and responding to residents’ needs in a team-driven environment.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Manage nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.
- Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.
- Observe residents’ conditions, oversee care, and respond as necessary.
- Inform physicians of changes in residents’ conditions.
- Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in verbal, written, and electronic communications.
