About The Position
As an RN-Registered Nurse at Henry Ford Health’s Rochester campus, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care by leading the coordination and delivery of nursing services. You will support patients and their families through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. The role requires effective communication with the healthcare team and identifying solutions to help meet patient goals. The Rochester campus is located in a historic Oakland County community in northern Metro Detroit.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- Health care provider certification (BLS).
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
- Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Delegate, supervise, and document nursing care and patient/family education.
- Communicate pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team.
- Identify and implement solutions for variances from patient goals.
