Requirements
- Minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing
- RN licensure to work in Wisconsin upon hire
- BLS for healthcare providers
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of RN experience, ideally in OB/GYN, high risk OB care, women’s health, or caring for those with chronic health conditions
- Ideal candidate thrives in an autonomous environment, applies strong critical thinking skills, values teamwork, and prioritizes patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care across Obstetrics, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Gynecology
- Perform fetal monitoring for OB patients (NST’s), provide OB patient education during 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester appointments, administered oral medications and injections
- For patients seeking obstetric and/or gynecology care: Respond to MyChart messages, perform phone triage, assist with clinic procedures, and administer medication
- Contribute to a clinic culture that prioritizes teamwork, adaptability, continuous learning, and a positive, solutions-focused approach.
- Cross-train to support OB/GYN at our Onalaska clinic as needed as part of our collaborative team approach to patient care
