We are immediately hiring a full-time RN Registered Nurse, which includes a $10,000 sign on bonus (signing bonus is prorated if hired Part time) Territory: North King County (North Seattle and suburbs through Shoreline) East side King County (Bellevue, Kirkland, Renton Highlands, Issaquah and Redmond/Woodinville)

Requirements

An active Registered Nurse in good standing within the state of Washington.
At least 1 year RN experience.
A reliable car with current insurance coverage and a current driver's license.

Recent home health experience
Proficiency in Medicare OASIS E

Responsibilities

Evaluating the patient and home health environment to determine required services, completing timely OASIS documentation as required.
Developing and implementing a patient-centered care plan in collaboration with the patient and/or caregivers.
Using nursing skills including wound care, catheter care, disease process education, and teaching on medication, among others.
Being on rotation for weekend on-call, triaging and addressing after-hours nursing needs if necessary.
