We are immediately hiring a full-time RN Registered Nurse, which includes a $10,000 sign on bonus (signing bonus is prorated if hired Part time) Territory: North King County (North Seattle and suburbs through Shoreline) East side King County (Bellevue, Kirkland, Renton Highlands, Issaquah and Redmond/Woodinville)

Requirements

An active Registered Nurse in the state of Washington.
A reliable car with current insurance coverage and a current driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Recent home health experience and proficiency in Medicare OASIS E is a plus, but we provide training and mentoring for strong candidates at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

Evaluating the patient and home health environment to determine required services, completing timely OASIS documentation as required.
Developing and implementing a patient-centered care plan in collaboration with the patient and/or caregivers.
You’ll use all your nursing skills including wound care, catheter care, disease process education, and teaching on medication, among others.
On-call weekends are generously compensated.
