About The Position

Join our team as an RN Nurse Educator! We are looking for an RN Educator to teach out of our Lodi location. This position would primarily teach evening classes but would need some day time flexibility. Your primary role will be coordinating and teaching our state-approved nurse aide training program. Occasional travel may be required to support our other learning center locations.

Requirements

Current licensure in the state of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience.
Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or nursing home or be willing to obtain said experience over the next 12 months.
Completed or be willing to complete the "Train the Trainer" program.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Knowledge and ability to work with learners across the generational spectrum.
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinating and teaching the state-approved nurse aide training program.
Teaching evening classes with some daytime flexibility.
Occasional travel to support other learning center locations.
