The Regional Clinical Specialist will serve as an adviser, trainer, educator and auditor and will assist and support the facility Administrator, Director of Nursing, Medicare Coordinator and Assessment Nurses. The Regional Clinical Specialist is responsible for reviewing the operational systems of the facility, the maintenance of records, and personnel to promote an adequate level of care to facility residents. The Regional Clinical Specialist will review Medicare and Medicaid claims for appropriate reimbursement. The Regional Clinical Specialist is there to assist with the hiring of managers in an advisory capacity only. This position is mostly on the road, supporting skilled nursing locations in Houston and Beaumont, TX.
