About The Position
Ascension Sacred Heart Bay is seeking an RN for their Rapid Deployment Team in Panama City, FL. This is a full-time, day shift position. The role involves implementing and monitoring patient care plans, serving as a coordinator for patient care across disciplines, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders, and assessing and coordinating patient care needs with the healthcare team.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Nice To Haves
- TNCC and ENPC preferred
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's care needs with members of the healthcare team.
