About The Position

Prime HealthCare Staffing, a national health care staffing company with over 20 years in the business, is looking for an experienced RN - Radiology Nurse for our customer in Wichita, Kansas. The ideal candidate will possess a current Kansas license. This is a RN position in the CONTINENTAL DIVISION (10) Unit.

Requirements

• Current Kansas RN license.
• At least 2 years of recent Radiology Nurse US nursing experience.
• Nursing License.
• Current BLS and/or ACLS (AHA Preferred) and/or Specialty Certifications.
• Active Nursing License per state.
• Current Updated Resume.
• Supervisory Professional References.
• Must complete Drug Screen and Background Screen.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with specific radiology procedures.
• Specialty certifications in radiology nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a radiology setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and condition.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
