About The Position

This role involves providing direct nursing care within established organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. The nurse will implement, monitor, record, and communicate patient care plans and condition changes. They will also coordinate all disciplines as the primary point of contact for well-coordinated patient care and execute physician and nursing orders while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Previous critical care, oncology and radiation experience desired
