About The Position
Worthington Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as RN Nursing Manager with QI/Infection Control and Staff Development responsibilities. This is an ideal position for a Registered Nurse who is a dedicated leader with a background in Long Term Care. The role involves sharing nursing knowledge and abilities to help build a skilled, professional, and dedicated nursing team.
Requirements
- Current license as a RN in the state where the center is located
- Maintain "Train The Trainer" certificate for STNA training
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in staff development in long term care
- Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care center
