About The Position

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for their Pulmonary Medicine Unit at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville. This is a full-time position working nights, 36 hours per week, from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, with rotating holiday responsibilities. The role involves providing professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. This includes utilizing critical thinking skills to assess patients, recognize changes in condition, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and record observations. The RN will also delegate appropriate patient care tasks and function as a team member to achieve unit goals.

Requirements

Requires 1+ years' of RN experience in an inpatient unit setting
Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.
Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross
