About The Position

This role involves managing care operations and directing staff to provide health services to residents. It also includes educating and empowering staff to emulate the concepts of independent and assisted living, delegating specific wellness tasks to the Wellness Center Staff, and assisting the DOW to develop and implement wellness policies and procedures to create the “ultimate” care experience.
Requirements
- Current CPR certification.
- Current PA RN license in good standing.
Nice To Haves
- 3-5 years geriatric, long-term, home care, memory care nursing experience preferred.
- Specific business experience with older adults or in the retirement housing industry preferred.
Responsibilities
