Responsible for planning, organizing and directing the essential patient care functions of the clinic(s) in collaboration with leadership. May oversee various sites. Education: Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s in Nursing Licensure/Certification: Required: California Registered (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association (AHA) Experience: Required: Four (4) years of clinical RN experience in an acute care setting if hired into position after March 1, 2025 Preferred: Medical office experience, leadership experience Reports To: Director, Chief Administrative Officer, Service Line Administrator Supervises: Clinical and non-clinical office practice staff Ages of Patients (as assigned): Neonate/Infant, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric Blood Borne Pathogens: High Potential Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Ability to communicate and teach effectively by using dynamic approaches, Ability to delegate tasks effectively, optimize team productivity and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives, Ability to lead by example, demonstrating integrity, transparency, and accountability in decision-making and actions, Competent in the Scope and Standards of Care for Nursing Professional Development, Contributes to Maintaining a Healthy Work Environment, Knowledge of evidence-based nursing practice, Knowledge of the special needs of the patient population served, Possesses strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills, Strong knowledge and clinical skills in critical care nursing, Strong knowledge of healthcare and regulatory standards in order to meet training needs, Written and verbal communication skills
