About The Position

Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for their Postoperative General Surgical Unit (South 5). This is a 36-bed general surgical unit where RNs will be trained to care for the general surgery population and basic age-related competencies for adults. Patient populations include GI, GU, bariatric, head and neck, breast and reconstructive surgery, vascular surgery, and a variety of other general surgical care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing.
• Current WA state RN license.
• Healthcare provider CPR Certification.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Recent or current Med/Surg nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Care for the general surgery population.
