About The Position
This position involves working 5, 8-hour day shifts with variable start times. The role includes on-call responsibilities for nights, weekends, and holidays. On-call duties during the week typically run from after 4 PM to 6:30 AM or 7 AM, depending on the specific role or team. Weekend and holiday on-call coverage is 24 hours, with an average of one weekend every three weeks. Scrub/circulate experience is preferred, with limited to no Right to Return (RTO) expected. A Massachusetts RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required.
