You’ll provide supportive, patient-centered care in accordance with physicians' plans, ensuring comfort and dignity for patients and their loved ones.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Massachusetts, in good standing.
- Proven ability to assess and address patient and family needs effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to compassionate care.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Assess and respond to patient and family needs in diverse care settings.
- Collaborate with the primary nurse and care team to deliver seamless care.
- Serve as a trusted resource for patients and families during critical moments.
