What You'll Do: Assess and respond to patient and family needs in diverse care settings. Collaborate with the primary nurse and care team to deliver seamless care. Serve as a trusted resource for patients and families during critical moments. What You Bring: Active RN license in Massachusetts, in good standing. Proven ability to assess and address patient and family needs effectively. Strong communication skills and a commitment to compassionate care. Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following: education, training, relevant experience and work location. There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post.
