About The Position

Responsible and accountable for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of human response to actual or potential physical and emotional health problems. Performs diagnostic and interventional radiographic examinations as prescribed by a licensed invasive radiologist, utilizing radiation-producing equipment within established department guidelines serving adult and geriatric patients.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing within six months of hire or rehire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position.
  • Two years Critical Care experience required.
  • One-year clinical experience in specialty area required for per diem positions.
  • Basic Life Support required.
  • ACLS required.
  • Dysrhythmia required.
  • NJ State Board Registered Nurse required.

Nice To Haves

  • BSN or MSN graduates preferred
  • Moderate sedation administration and monitoring experience preferred.
