About The Position

Join the growing Community Health Partners team as a Registered Nurse. In this fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with a close-knit team and support the Practice Manager and multidisciplinary team(s) to ensure patients receive quality, comprehensive services. You will participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, lead improvement activities, and provide leadership, including problem resolution and phone triage.

Requirements

• Graduation from a school of Nursing or successful completion of sufficient nursing units to qualify for state licensure.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
