RN Pediatric PACU
About The Position
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking an RN Pediatric PACU to fill an opening at an Acute Care/Academic Medical Center located in Syracuse, New York. The ideal candidate will provide specialized post-operative care to pediatric patients, ensuring safe recovery and optimal outcomes in a dynamic academic medical center environment. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a collaborative, innovative, and supportive Level I Trauma Center environment, contributing to a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes through specialized pediatric care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current New York State RN license
- BLS certification (current or able to recertify)
- Must not have had a professional license or certification suspended or investigated
- Must not have been named as a defendant in a professional liability claim
- Minimum of 1.5 years of recent experience (within the past 2 years) in an acute care facility of similar size and level as Hospital
- Travelers will only be considered if they are experienced in hospitals of equal or greater size or trauma centers
- EPIC Electronic Medical Records experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provide post-anesthesia care to pediatric patients
