About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Lancaster, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. This leadership role offers the opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with mentorship and team development while making a meaningful impact in the lives of pediatric clients and their families throughout Lancaster and Lebanon Counties. Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
• Ability to work in person and travel throughout the service area as needed

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric, home care, or home health experience preferred
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred, or a willingness to learn
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and support a team of nurses in delivering exceptional pediatric home care
• Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Lancaster and Lebanon Counties
• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation
• Provide clinical oversight and support to field nursing staff
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for nurses
• Participate in training, mentoring, and ongoing professional development of clinical staff
• Coordinate and deliver educational in-services and skills development programs
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families
