About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes. This role focuses on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to their active plan of care, involving ongoing assessments, administration of prescribed medications and treatments, care coordination, and educating family members to enhance positive outcomes and protect the quality of care through preventative initiatives.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Provide care in a client home setting

Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
