Our PCICU manages complex congenital heart disease, acquired heart disease, heart failure, and arrhythmias, utilizing advanced medical and surgical management, neonatal and pediatric ECMO, ventricular assist devices, and transplantation . Requirements

  • BSN/MSN from an accredited nursing program preferred. Applicants with an Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited program may be considered if enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within one year of hire and completing the degree within five years.
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license required.
  • BLS CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted).
  • Minimum of one year of RN experience (previous pediatric critical care experience preferred)
  • Ability to support evidence-based practices, independently make clinical decisions, and guide others in providing exceptional care.
