About The Position

This role involves clinical onboarding and screenings, including reviewing pre-employment physicals, administering vaccines, and performing TB skin tests or respiratory fit testing. The position also includes injury and exposure management, such as triaging and treating work-related injuries, managing bloodborne pathogen exposures, and coordinating care. Additionally, the role involves return-to-work coordination, evaluating employees returning from extended medical leave, and reviewing fitness-for-duty clearances. Compliance and record-keeping are essential, requiring the maintenance of confidential health records in alignment with OSHA, DNV, and regulatory agencies. The position requires willingness to travel between all three facilities (SUH HUH and BUH) on all shifts as needed.

Requirements

• Active, NJ unencumbered RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1 to 2 years in occupational health, ambulatory care, medical-surgical, or emergency nursing.
