About The Position
The RN in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) on the 4th Floor East Wing is responsible for providing care to adult and occasionally pediatric patients (ages 15 and older). This unit focuses on conditions such as CVA, TIA, respiratory issues, and more, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 during night shifts.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
- Competency in Telemetry
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients
- Ensure all care is delivered according to individual patient care plans
