About The Position
This is a 13-week contract position for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Omaha, Nebraska, working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role involves providing care for adult oncology PCU and trauma PCU patients. Responsibilities include occasionally titrating Insulin and Cardizem drips, administering common drips such as chemotherapy, Heparin, Cardizem, and Protonix, performing hourly rounding and bedside shift reports, and floating to other Med/Surg and PCU units as needed.
Requirements
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Driver's license for mileage verification.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 1 year of PCU or Oncology experience preferred.
- ONS/ONCC certification preferred.
- Strong teamwork and patient care attitude.
