About The Position
The role is on a Cardiac Telemetry Unit, where the Registered Nurse will be responsible for managing patient care, including telemetry experience and reading EKGs, on a fast-paced unit.
Requirements
- BLS & ACLS certification.
- Telemetry experience and ability to read EKGs.
- Ability to operate EKG Machine, Hoyer Lift, and LifePak.
Responsibilities
- Manage telemetry monitoring and reading EKGs.
- Handle admissions, discharges, and transfers efficiently.
- Prioritize and modify patient care in response to changing conditions.
- Notify physicians of patient condition changes promptly.
