About The Position
The RN in the PACU unit is responsible for providing recovery care to post-anesthesia patients, ensuring they stabilize and safely recover from anesthesia following surgical procedures.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of ICU/PACU experience.
- Advanced skills including ICU skill set and certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to patients in the recovery unit.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assess recovery from anesthesia.
