Requirements

Either 5, 8 hour shifts or 4, 10 hour shifts. Required to worked some Saturdays
Three (3) years experience in Medical/Surgical Nursing.
Critical Care experience required.
Associates Degree
Current New Jersey RN license.
BLS, ACLS,( American Heart Association), and PALS.

Nice To Haves

PACU experience preferred.
BSN Preferred

Responsibilities

Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care.
Assuming the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team.
Coordinating patient care and communicating and collaborating extensively with the other members of the healthcare team, patients and/or patient's family or significant other(s).
Maintaining and demonstrating high standards of professional ethics.
