We’re in search of a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated Logan Health Women’s Care Team! Our attentive team provides comprehensive, patient-centered care, from prenatal and postpartum support to annual women’s health services in a collaborative, compassionate environment.

Requirements

• Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact license with authorization to practice in Montana (required).
• Healthcare Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required.
• Working knowledge of medical office equipment, instruments, infection control, and clinical procedures.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and safe handling of clinical materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning new software systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN triage call coverage to ensure timely patient assessment, appropriate care coordination, and that patient concerns are handled with professionalism.
• Room patients, take vital signs, and prepare charts for provider visits.
• Monitor and maintain clinical supplies, ensuring equipment is safe and ready for use.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, midwives, LPNs, MAs, and fellow RNs to ensure quality, coordinated care.
• Participate in ongoing clinical education, competency checks, and quality initiatives.
