About The Position
Manages Oncology databases; abstracts data and submits for assigned database within established timeframes.
Requirements
- Associate Nursing Degree required from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of two years experience in patient medical record review
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to make presentations and conduct training sessions necessary
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor in Nursing from an accredited college or university
- Experience preferably of cardiac patients
- Previous medical staff committee experience
- Cardiac nursing experience
- Strong knowledge of cardiac nursing
