About The Position
The RN in the Operating Room (OR) is responsible for delivering perioperative nursing care to surgical patients during the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases of the surgical experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year current hospital acute care experience
- BLS & ACLS certification
Nice To Haves
- Circulate and scrubbing experience preferred
- Meditech experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide surgical patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing the nursing care patients receive before, during, and after surgery.
- Ensure the safe and effective nursing care rendered to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
