About The Position

The Main OR Operating Room RNFA for Davinci Robotics Registered Nurse position requires a highly trained RN with both CNOR certification and completion of an RNFA program. This role collaborates with the surgeon and healthcare team to ensure safe operations and optimal patient outcomes. The nurse practices perioperative nursing, possessing the necessary knowledge, skills, and judgment specific to clinical practice in the operating room and the RNFA role. They practice in collaboration with and at the direction of the surgeon during the operative phase. When not assigned to the RNFA role, the nurse performs duties of an OR staff RN. This position does not require weekends but includes evening call and rotating holiday requirements.

Requirements

• RN License (NY License ONLY)
• Davinci Experience Required
• Two (2) years OR experience in a level 1 trauma preferred
• Robotic surgery experience preferred
• CNOR Certification
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association ONLY)
• ACLS preferred (American Heart Association ONLY)
