RN or LSW Case Manager
About The Position
This position requires a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Registered Nurse (RN). The role involves relating well with individuals, community agencies, and Area Agency staff, requiring strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic computer skills is necessary. Successful completion of the Ohio Dept. of Aging certification is required within 6 months of employment. The role also demands the ability to communicate professionally, respectfully, and effectively, make sound decisions with critical thinking skills, and prioritize, organize, and maintain accuracy in a flexible job environment.
Requirements
