About The Position

Sanford Health is hiring an RN or LPN for Creekside Clinic. The role provides individualized nursing care and involves coordinating care, assessing patients, educating patients, triaging, and carrying out other nursing interventions. The nurse collaborates with physicians and other interprofessional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care, and practices within the applicable scope and standards of nursing practice, using age- and population-specific standards for the assigned clinical setting.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. The shift is days, with 40 scheduled hours per week. The listed salary range is $22.00–$38.50; department details list $22.00–$29.50 for LPNs and $25.50–$38.50 for RNs.

Requirements

• For the RN role, hold an unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, or have multistate licensure if practicing in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Obtain and maintain required department-specific licensure, competencies, and certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is preferred; examples include programs accredited by AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA.
• A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
