About The Position

Dependable Nurses, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled one-on-one in-home nursing care for a medically fragile patient in North Phoenix, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who wants a consistent daytime schedule while providing personalized care to one patient at a time in a home setting. Dependable Nurses provides paid orientation and one-on-one training to help new RN and LPN graduates develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in private duty nursing. Dependable Nurses, Inc., a branch of Dependable Health Services, provides exceptional one-on-one skilled nursing care for medically fragile children and young adults throughout Arizona. Our nurses deliver physician-directed care in the home while developing meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Requirements

• Active Arizona RN or LPN License (or Compact License)
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Current BLS Certification (in-person required)
• Current TB Test (we can provide) or Chest X-ray within the past 12 months
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Article 9 Training (assistance available)
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home
• Perform patient assessments and follow the individualized plan of care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition
• Communicate effectively with the family and clinical team
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the patient
