About The Position
Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking an RN or LPN to join our team at Hillcrest Shadow Lake in Papillion, NE. Hillcrest Shadow Lake provides long-term nursing care and memory care in a welcoming, homelike environment. Located near shopping, churches, and CHI Midlands Hospital, the community is known for compassionate, person-centered care for aging adults in Sarpy County.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Compassionate, dependable team member with a heart for serving aging adults
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- STAR mentality: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living, hospital, or similar setting
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care and support for residents
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with the care team
- Support residents with dignity, comfort, and respect
- Partner with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure quality care
- Complete documentation accurately and timely
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
- Help create a positive, supportive environment for residents and team members
