About The Position

Dependable Nurses, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled one-on-one in-home nursing care for a patient in Anthem, Arizona. This is a full-time opportunity for a nurse who enjoys building meaningful relationships while providing individualized care in a home setting. We have an immediate need for an RN or LPN available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Dependable Nurses, Inc., the Phoenix branch of Dependable Health Services, has proudly served Arizona families for more than 35 years. We specialize in providing exceptional one-on-one in-home nursing care to medically fragile children and young adults. Our nurses enjoy the opportunity to develop lasting relationships with patients and families while making a meaningful difference every day.

Requirements

  • Current Arizona RN or LPN License (Compact License accepted)
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Current TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months
  • Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Article 9 Certification (or willingness to obtain—we can assist)
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home
  • Follow physician orders and individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the clinical team
  • Assist with activities of daily living as appropriate
  • Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the patient
