RN or LPN Post Acute Unit Manager
About The Position
NHC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN or LPN Unit Manager for their Post Acute Unit. The role involves working with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessments and the development/revision of individualized care plans. The Unit Manager will maintain open communication with patients and families, encouraging their participation in decision-making. This position also includes supervising LPNs and other nursing partners as assigned, and performing other duties as directed by the Director of Nursing. Requirements
- South Carolina Registered Nurse, RN Nursing license preferred.
- Will consider LPN with Leadership experience.

Responsibilities
- Working with the interdisciplinary care team, to assure accurate patient assessment and development/revision of individualized plans of care.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
