RN or LPN Pediatric Private Duty Nurse – Day Shift
About The Position
Castor Home Health Solutions is hiring a compassionate RN or LPN to provide personalized, one-on-one care for a young child in the DeKalb area. This child has a tracheostomy, G-tube, and ventilator, making this an excellent opportunity for a nurse interested in developing or strengthening pediatric high-acuity skills. Paid, hands-on training is provided to help you feel prepared and confident. This position offers day-shift hours, the ability to care for one young child throughout your shift, no large patient assignments, and the chance to build a meaningful connection with one child and family. New graduate RNs and LPNs are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN or LPN license
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- A compassionate and dependable approach
- An interest in working one-on-one with a pediatric patient
Nice To Haves
- Previous private duty nursing experience is not required.
