About The Position
At Castor Home Health Solutions, nursing feels like nursing again. We are looking for a compassionate RN or LPN to provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care for an infant in the home. This is a meaningful full-time day shift opportunity for a nurse who wants consistent hours, a supportive team, and the chance to build a trusted relationship with one child and family. Our nurses provide personalized care in the comfort of the patient’s home while making a real difference every day. We carefully match nurses with the right-fit family for long-term success, and we provide paid hands-on training, 24/7 clinical support, and a laptop in the home for easy charting.
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN or LPN license
- CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
- Compassionate, dependable nurses
- Nurses who enjoy relationship-based care
- New grads encouraged to apply

- No pediatric home care experience? We provide paid hands-on training in trachs, vents, G/J tubes, and more so you feel confident and supported before working independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 skilled pediatric nursing care in the home
- Support the daily care needs of an infant
- Monitor vitals, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered
- Provide compassionate support to the child and family
- Complete simple real-time charting during your shift
