About The Position

Rockhill Women's Care, a privately-owned, all-female physician-owned OB/GYN practice with multiple locations, is seeking a full-time LPN or RN to join their Phone Triage team. This role involves providing patients with timely communication, clinical guidance, education, and compassionate, patient-centered care, working closely with providers and clinical staff. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, and a hybrid work model allowing 2-3 days of remote work per week.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program
Current nursing license required for Kansas and Missouri
Excellent verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone
Strong written communication skills

Nice To Haves

EMR experience preferred
OB/GYN experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Perform clinical assessments and obtain pertinent patient information during telephone interactions
Work closely with providers to ensure care is consistent with the patient's plan of care
Provide patients with guidance, support, and education
Document telephone encounters, services provided, and patient education in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
Protect patient confidentiality and maintain the privacy of patient information
