About The Position

The RN - OR - Circulator plans, implements, and evaluates care for surgical patients at Great Falls Clinic Hospital. The role ensures patient care, safety standards, and documentation comply with AORN standards, recommended practices, and guidelines. The position receives direction from providers, anesthesia providers, and the Nurse Manager, and gives direction to the Surgical Technician, Instrument Technician, and Materials Management Clerk. Call is required.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Montana RN licensure.
• ACLS certification.
• PALS certification.
• Knowledge of basic nursing principles and procedures.
• Knowledge of asepsis principles.
• Basic office skills, including computer and keyboarding skills.
• Ability to act as a scrub nurse.
• Pass pre-employment criminal background, drug, and health and immunization screenings.

Nice To Haves

• Previous O.R. experience preferred.
• CNOR desired.
